Five years in, the diary is mostly regulars — women who want their lashes and brows to look like their best features, not like a service they had done. Everything is one-on-one, appointments are never stacked, and every set is mapped to your eye shape before a single extension is applied.

A full set will look beautiful for 2–3 weeks. Most regulars book infills every 2–3 weeks to keep the set looking fresh — after 4 weeks we usually recommend starting again with a fresh full set.
