Keyframe is a small, dedicated remedial practice run by Anna Cho (BHSc Myotherapy, MAAMT) alongside senior therapist Patrick Lee. Ten years on the Mount Hawthorn strip — first a one-room studio above the bakery, now a purpose-built two-room clinic with HICAPS on-site. Our approach is unapologetically evidence-first: a proper subjective history, objective testing, a treatment plan you actually understand, and homework that moves the needle between sessions.
“Anna unpicked a neck and shoulder issue I'd been working around for two years. Within three sessions I was back at my desk without the 3pm headache. The homework actually worked because she explained why it worked.”
“Training for my first marathon, calf just wouldn't settle. Keyframe got me through the final six weeks of long runs with weekly sessions, dry needling, and a realistic taper plan. Crossed the finish line, knees intact.”
“Post-shoulder-reconstruction I was told to find a good myo. Patrick worked with my physio, moved at my pace, and I'm back to swimming laps without a single flare-up. Can't recommend enough.”
Same-week appointments are usually available. For urgent flare-ups please call — we hold a few slots each morning.
