MVP development
for founders who need to ship.

Minimum viable products built to prove the idea with real users. Modern stack, lean scope, live product in 4 to 8 weeks. The first thing your investors or early customers will actually see.

01

The goal of an MVP is not to be finished.

It's to be live. You can iterate once real users are in the product, you can't iterate off a Figma deck. The job of the MVP is to prove the riskiest assumption in your idea cheaply enough that you can pivot if you need to, and confidently enough that you can raise or self-fund the next round of build if it works.

02

How we scope an MVP.

First call is discovery, we pull apart your idea, figure out what the one thing is that has to be true for the business to work, and build only what's needed to test that. Everything else is a backlog item. A typical MVP ends up as: one user flow from signup to "value moment", a simple admin panel for you to see what's happening, payments if revenue is part of the test, and minimal everything else.

We are militant about scope. Features you think you need are usually not needed for v1, they're needed for v4. The difference between an MVP that ships in six weeks and one that ships in six months is almost entirely about what you chose to cut.

03

Our MVP stack.

React, Next.js or Vite, Supabase for database and auth, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting. Same stack we use on our own products (Flatmate Flow, FounderForge AI), which means we've already solved the boring problems and can spend your budget on the interesting ones. You get real code on day one. No lock-in, no proprietary builder, no handover surprise when the MVP succeeds and you need to scale.
