SaaS development
that actually ships.

Full SaaS products, multi-tenant, subscription-billed, built to scale from the first customer to the thousandth. We've shipped two of our own; we know the sharp edges.

01

SaaS is a harder build than most agencies admit.

A SaaS isn't just "a web app with a login". It has to handle multi-tenant data isolation, subscription billing with upgrades and downgrades, team management, role-based permissions, usage tracking, trial flows, failed-payment handling, and a dozen other things that sound simple until you're three months in and your billing logic has quietly corrupted half your customer records.

02

We've built our own SaaS. Twice.

Flatmate Flow and FounderForge AI are both live, paying products we built and run. That means when we scope a client SaaS, we're not guessing, we know which decisions will haunt you in month six, and we make them early. Row-level security patterns. Stripe webhook handling. Onboarding flows that actually convert. Admin dashboards that make support tickets faster to resolve. The unsexy stuff that separates a SaaS that grows from a SaaS that dies.

03

What a SaaS engagement looks like.

We typically run SaaS builds in two phases: an MVP phase (4 to 8 weeks) to get the core product live with your first ten paying customers, then an ongoing build-and-iterate relationship at a monthly retainer while you find product-market fit. The alternative, trying to build the whole feature roadmap in one go before launch, is how SaaS projects die. We'd rather ship small, charge customers, and learn.

Our stack for SaaS: React (Next.js for marketing + app), Supabase or Postgres for data, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting. Battle-tested, well-documented, and cheap to run until you have real scale problems.
